All swimmers should attend training & galas with the correct kit

 

Training:

• Suitable swimwear

• Goggles

• Silicon hat

• Mesh kit bag - float, flippers, pull buoy, center snorkle, paddles (finger paddles <11yrs, hand paddles >11yrs) 

• Water bottle

 

Gala:

• Suitable swimwear 

• Goggles (extra pair always advisable)

• Silicon hat

• Club T-shirt

• Towel x 2 

• Water bottle 

• Light snacks / food if all day
